Air France is increasing a number of its operations to the US after international borders in the United States reopened in November 2021. 

Beginning March 27, 2022, two airports from Paris will have flights to New York: one from Air France’s international hub-Paris’ Charles de Gaulle (CDG), and from Paris Orly Airport (ORY), a secondary hub 13 kilometers south of Paris, serving domestic and overseas flights.

Air France will also resume its flights to Dallas Fort Worth airport (DFW) on March 27, 2022, two years after the French carrier dropped its Dallas operations since the beginning of the pandemic in March of 2020. For this service, Air France will use the 777-200ER which has a capacity of 280 passengers. 

And for the second time, the airline will also start a seasonal, three-times weekly service to Denver’s Colorado Springs airport (COS) beginning May 4, 2022.

In total, Air France will be flying to 14 US destinations for the summer season of 2022: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York JFK, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington D.C.

According to the airline, the US is its number one long-haul destination in terms of seat capacity, which is currently at 90% of 2019 levels.
