Norse Atlantic partners with three airlines to boost connectivity
Low-cost long-haul startup Norse Atlantic Airways has partnered with easyJet, Norwegian Air, and Spirit Airlines (S64) (SAVE) to boost connectivity and tourism across key European and North American destinations.
The new partnership, powered by Dohop, will provide a booking platform with more than 600 weekly connections to Norse’s transatlantic services at international destinations such as Oslo, London, Berlin, New York, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Los Angeles.
“Customers can now explore further and connect onto the services of our partner airlines across Europe and the US. These agreements will further boost transatlantic travel which will benefit local tourism and businesses on both sides of the Atlantic,” said Bjorn Tore Larsen, CEO at Norse Atlantic Airways.
The partnership with easyJet, Norwegian Air, and Spirit Airlines (S64) (SAVE) will allow passengers to access a range of European, American, and Scandinavian destinations that connect with Norse’s flights.
Norse Atlantic is in talks with other airlines and hopes they will join the booking platform soon.
Passengers can book connecting flights with Norwegian and Spirit Airlines (S64) (SAVE) on Norse’s own platform. UK and European customers who want to connect onto easyJet can book via easyJet’s or Norse Atlantic's booking platform.
“This new platform will enable Norse Atlantic Airways to easily build new partnerships with airlines across the world, facilitate growth and new commercial opportunities, and offer complex itineraries across Europe and North America to their passengers,” said Sarah Hanan, Commercial Director at Dohop.
Norse Atlantic Airways completed its first commercial flight from Oslo, Norway (OSL) to New York (JFK) in June 2022.
